Custom Order Policy

Artwork Design

Because all of our work is custom designed, we will email you to get ideas, colors, logos, phrases, sizes, etc. A digital proof will be designed for your approval after payment is made and cleared. If you have a logo, please email us the high-resolution photo. If we have any questions about your order, we will contact you. We will send your proof via email to you within 4-6 business days. We do NOT email proofs on pre-designed items.

Proofreading

Once you receive a proof, you must proofread the ENTIRE design, including the correct spelling of names, words, dates, numbers, etc. We are not responsible for any errors on the final product once you approve the final proof. After production begins, including color, text, type, or any other element, changes to the product are subject to additional charges.

Production & Payment


We require that 100% of your order must be paid before we start on your order.
Your order will go to production on the next available business day in the order it is placed.

Quantity


Once your payment is made, and the order is approved, your order wi goes into production. Therefore if your quantity changes, notify us at once. If your supplies have not been ordered, there will be no additional charges, and your invoice will be credited for the difference. If your supplies have been ordered and paid for, you are responsible for the supplies' difference.


Refunds


Because of the personalized nature of custom work, orders are non-refundable. If there is an error on our part, we will reprint your order at no additional charge. Unfortunately, we do not refund or allow returns for any other reason.

Cancellations

We understand that there may be a need to cancel your order. Please contact us as soon as possible if this happens. Suppose your order has NOT gone into production. In that case, you are only responsible for a 20% cancellation fee, which goes towards design fees, and any products ( shirts, glitter, embellishments, ink, etc.) purchased for your order. If your order has gone into production, your order will be printed per the original order unless otherwise stated and/or negotiated by the designer. 'In Production' means if your item has incurred initial printing. We will offer you a credit for the difference you may use later, and under no circumstance do we provide any refunds.

Delivery


We do NOT allow pick up for any orders, so ALL orders will be shipped and are subject to shipping fees.

Rush Service


Rush service is an additional amount on top of the shipping charge.

The standard production schedule for orders is approximately 10-20 business days. This is once your payment has been received, and the proof has been approved. Production does not always take that long; however, we do have other orders, and to ensure the quality of your product, we need to allow sufficient time. If you need an item rushed, please email me info@jackofallkrafts.com; extra shipping charges apply.

Workmanship


As these are HANDCRAFTED pieces of work and you may notice slight imperfections, this is NORMAL, and we will NOT reprint the order after they are sent out. Please note for the hats that the sample picture you see on our website of pre-designed items will not receive exactly what's on the website. These are hand made, therefore each item will vary. The shirts and caps are inspected several times before they are shipped.


Turn-Around Times


These are estimates ONLY. We can not guarantee the production time but will try to meet the estimated time frames set.

Turn A Round time does NOT include shipping times. Approx.15-20 business days. Business Days consist of Monday-Friday ONLY. We do not work on holidays.

 

Exchange Policy


We do NOT exchange any Tailyn Made custom design products due to the custom nature of the products. We will not Reprint, Exchange, or Refund for the following reasons:

  • FIT: If you receive your product and it does not fit properly, you will be responsible for re-purchasing.
  • Dislike Design: You must approve your design work PROOF before the print takes place.
  • Wear & Tear: We will not reprint the garment due to clothing's natural wear and tear. Follow your care instructions & hang tags. If you accidentally wash your garment wrong and it is destroyed, we will NOT replace it.
